I teach fun and challenging flow classes, ashtanga with a pinch of salt, and slower yin yoga to help calm the mind and release tension in the body.

Classes

Yin & Restore

The classes take students through a series of poses that are held for a substantial period of time (3-5 mins). All poses have modifications, so beginners to yoga are always welcome.

Ashtanga Yoga

This type of practice allows the student to become their own teacher, to listen, observe and understand their own minds and bodies better.

Flow: Hatha & Vinyasa

Flow classes energise the body and develop better coordination, balance, strength and flexibility.

The Yoga Deep Release class [at the Shala] is a wonderfully relaxing and gentle way to relieve tension and wind down at the end of a stressful day.  I love the stillness of the poses and find Raluca's warm and engaging teaching style extremely soothing.

One of my favourite things in a Mysore class is the tinkling sound of Raluca’s giggle as she adjusts and connects with her students.
