I teach fun and challenging flow classes, ashtanga with a pinch of salt, and slower yin yoga to help calm the mind and release tension in the body.
Yin & Restore
The classes take students through a series of poses that are held for a substantial period of time (3-5 mins). All poses have modifications, so beginners to yoga are always welcome.
Ashtanga Yoga
This type of practice allows the student to become their own teacher, to listen, observe and understand their own minds and bodies better.
Flow: Hatha & Vinyasa
Flow classes energise the body and develop better coordination, balance, strength and flexibility.
Tibetan Prayer Flags at The Dharma Shop
The Tibetan word for a horizontal prayer flag is Lung ta, which translates literally as “wind horse.” The prayers of a flag become a permanent part of the universe as the images fade from wind and sun. Tibetans renew their hopes for the world by continually mounting new flags alongside the old.
