For me, every class I teach is a new learning opportunity.
Since I believe yoga is a practice for every body and every mind, I always seek to make my classes accessible to anyone who is willing to learn.

My yoga training

I have been practising yoga since 2004. Ashtanga yoga has helped me establish a regular daily self-practice. From 2011, I started assisting and teaching first in Bucharest, at the Anahata Yoga Centre, and then in London, at the Shala in West Norwood. The 200-hour teacher-training course from Yoga Campus London, which I completed in 2014, has helped me widen my teaching skills and techniques beyond one particular style and develop my own voice as a teacher.

Over the years, I have practiced regularly with Carly Mountain, Irene Zaarour, Roberta Gianotti, Susanne Lahusen, Gingi Lee, Norman Blair and Hamish Hendry, to whom I am deeply grateful.
